Our Pediatric Intensives are here to meet you in the thick of it. These one-hour visits are perfect for navigating major milestones and answering all your "is this normal?" questions with patience and heart.

1.5-hour in-home or clinic visit

Pediatric Holistic Health Review
A deeper look into chronic concerns.
Perfect for children with asthma, allergies, ADHD, or other ongoing needs that deserve more than 15 minutes. We take a holistic approach to help you develop a realistic, sustainable care plan.

1 hour visit (home or clinic)
Full physical exam
Developmental milestone check

Functional + traditional labs or referrals as needed

Collaborative Pediatric Session
Whole-child care, all in one room — bringing clinical insight and nutritional strategy together.
This unique one-hour visit pairs our pediatric nurse practitioner, Kate, with clinical nutritionist Sophie Purke for a fully integrated, multidisciplinary session. We combine medical evaluation with targeted nutrition and lifestyle support to address chronic conditions, uncover root causes, and create a plan that aligns with your family’s values and goals. This collaborative model allows us to discuss findings and develop recommendations together—right there in the room with you.
What’s Included:
• 1-hour in-home or clinic visit with both providers present
• Comprehensive medical + nutrition intake and assessment
• Functional and traditional lab review (if applicable)
• Medication and supplement guidance
• Personalized nutrition, lifestyle, and integrative health plan
• Coordinated follow-up recommendations
• Shared summary of the visit and plan of care

Drive-By Sick Visit
Quick check. No shoes. No waiting room.
Come on over! We’re family here. We will come out to your car for those quick checks.

Ear check or strep swab only
Optional rapid strep test (+$25)

Add to telemed visit for $40
Note: no full exam provided, weight and allergies must be provided in advance

$50 base (+$25 for strep test)

Cowtown Pediatric Memberships
Your pediatric peace of mind, all year long.
For families who want the freedom of flexible, accessible care without worrying about unexpected costs. Our membership includes all of the above (excluding intensives) and direct access to your pediatric team 6 days a week.
Please Note: We’re not here to replace your child’s primary care provider—we’re here to support them (and you!). Happy to collaborate anytime.

Unlimited sick visits & telemedicine visits
Unlimited drive-by visits (ear/strep checks)
Direct access to Kate & Alison 7a–9p, M–Sat (text/email/call)
Pricing (per month):
1 child: $150
2 children: $200
3 children: $250
4+ children: $300

We accept credit, debit, HSA, and FSA cards as forms of payment. While we don’t accept insurance as a form of payment, we’re happy to provide a superbill upon request if you’d like to submit for reimbursement.
